Frequently asked questions
Quick answers before you book—about appointments, insurance, payment, your visit, and day surgery.
How do I book an appointment at Nera Center?
You can submit an appointment request on the website, or contact the center via WhatsApp or phone. After you submit a request, Nera’s team reviews it and contacts you to confirm.

No. Submitting a request only means we received your request. The appointment is confirmed after you receive confirmation from Nera Center.
How can I follow up on or change my appointment?
You can use the “Manage your appointment” page with your appointment number and mobile number, or contact the center’s team for help.
Manage appointmentDoes Nera Center accept medical insurance?

Please bring ID, insurance details if any, and any prior reports, lab results, or imaging related to your visit reason, plus a list of medications you take when relevant.
When should I arrive before my appointment?
Please arrive early enough to complete registration and insurance steps when needed. If a procedure requires special preparation, you will be given the appropriate instructions.
Does Nera offer day surgery?
Yes. Nera includes a day surgery center with three operating rooms and an endoscopy unit, covering multiple specialties and procedures. Same-day discharge suitability depends on the physician’s assessment, procedure type, anesthesia, and the patient’s condition.
Can every procedure be done as day surgery?
No. The physician determines whether day surgery is appropriate after clinical assessment, based on the procedure, anesthesia, and safety requirements.
Can I know treatment costs before starting?
You can ask for expected service costs before treatment begins. The Ministry of Health recognizes knowing the price list and expected costs as a patient right in private healthcare facilities.
How do I submit feedback or a complaint?
On Contact us, choose “Center inquiry” for general questions, or “Visit feedback or complaint” to record it directly with patient experience. You can also call or use WhatsApp.
