National and international accreditations conduct a standards-based evaluation of the health care provided in the facilities of the Eastern Health Cluster. The accreditation process also provides a clear commitment by the organization to improve the quality of patient care, ensure a safe environment, and continually work to reduce risks to patients, visitors, and staff.

The Nera Medical Specialist Center have obtained CBAHI accreditation. The main mission of this accreditation is to set standards for the quality of health care and patient safety, according to which all health care facilities are evaluated as evidence of their compliance with these standards, within an evaluation process whose procedures are strictly, transparent, and comprehensive, and in accordance with CBAHI standards. (The health care facility is subject to testing of its systems, operations and performance by qualified auditors and evaluators, to ensure that they are conducted in a manner that meets the pre-determined and applicable published national standards. Accreditation represents a general recognition from (CBAHI) that the health care facility has achieved a good level of Commitment to applying accreditation standards. Which helps improve patient safety and reduces imminent risks, adverse outcomes, and medical errors, in addition to enhancing community confidence in the quality and safety of the care provided.
